Qnap consists of one or more hard drives that are constantly connected to the internet that acts as a backup hub or online backup drive. Documentation for the Qnap antivirus (in terms of what to do about files being flagged with false positives and whitelisting files with Qnap) is pretty sparse and hard to find.

With Qnap, instead of whitelisting or safelisting a file beforehand, you go into the Quarantine section of Qnap antivirus to both restore the falsely flagged file and whitelist it so the 'accident' doesn't happen in the future.
