K7 seems like a faily easy antivirus security program when it comes to interacting with its interface to make changes such as adding an exception to a file or program that is falsely flagged as being malware by K7. This is a very simple matter to correct.

To whitelist any file or program in K7 antivirus so the program or file can run properly without interferance:

  1. Double click the K7 icon that is in the computers system tray. This will make the programs main screen become visible so you can interact with it.
  2. Click on the General Settings tile to bring up the general settings dialog box.
