This page shows you how to make so that if your Cylance antivirus software is blocking or deleting a file or program, that you know for a fact is safe, gets whitelisted and added to the Cylance exceptions list. This will make it so the falsely flagged program or file can run properly without interference from Cylance.

To whitelist or safelist a program or file in Cylance antivirus software:

  1. At the top of the Cylance main program interface, click the link Settings.
  2. Click on the tab with the text GLOBAL LISTS.
