Getting a false positive with Comodo software saying that a software program or file is bad when it is not? After installing and testing Comodo we were pretty impressed because it protects your computer from virus and malware on all three important levels:

  1. Protection of drives and directories (items on your hard disk).
  2. Protection and monitoring of programs running in RAM/memory.
  3. Guarding of things attempting to connect to the internet.

Even Comodo sometimes makes a mistake and says a file or program has malware when it doesn't. Whitelisting the software or file within Comodo antivirus is a 10 step process but is not very complicated.

  1. Double click the Comodo icon in your system tray. This will make the main interface of Comodo visible so you can interact with it.
