One frustrating behavior that Google Chrome web browser has, is that if you load several tabs, only the active tab, which is the tab you are currently working in, loads. While I suspect that this behavior was created on purpose so that the Chrome web browser is faster than most other sluggish web browsers. That is the biggest complaint most people have about other web browsers, particularly Firefox.

So if you are using a CPU or RAM limited device this behavior is okay but if you're using a computer and you want background tabs to load their content here is how to fix that. There is no need for browser extensions for you to fix chrome background tabs not load.
